I'm 29 and live in the charming town of Muizen (Mechelen) with my Italian boyfriend. By day, I work as a Project Manager at a software company, but my true passion has always been in the kitchen.
There, among the chocolate and fruit purées, I discovered the wonderful world of entremets a few years ago. I instantly fell in love. The finesse, the complex flavours, the endless creativity... I just had to completely immerse myself in it.
Crème à la folie is the result of that passion. My dream is simple: to make your special moments even more festive.
